A Denver live printing job has two halves: the weeks before, when art, blanks and freight get sorted, and the day itself, when guests watch their piece made in about two minutes.
Before the event
You send the logo or art and we proof it. Screens are burned and DTF transfers printed in La Habra, blanks are ordered to your headcount, and everything ships to your Denver venue. We also agree on which stations fit your run-of-show.
On the day
- Load-in and build: the crew flies in, meets the freight, and sets up about 10×10 ft per station with standard power.
- Guests choose: garment, size, design or patch. Choosing is why they care about the piece.
- We print live: up to 60 pieces an hour per press, 100+ an hour on the standard two-press station.
- They wear it out: finished and warm off the platen.
What the venue provides
About 10×10 ft per station, two standard 120V circuits, a level floor and a line that doesn't block doors. Indoors and outdoors both work; outside, we plan cover for afternoon storms. See venue requirements.
Picking a method
A long run of one design suits screen printing; full-color art or names suit DTF; a hat bar or embroidery adds a premium piece. Read how live printing works or tell us about your Denver event.
Denver planning
The Denver-specific parts
Freight and flights. The kit leaves La Habra by truck ahead of the crew, and load-in follows the venue: a move-in schedule at Colorado Convention Center, a dock and elevator at a LoDo hotel, a gate time at an outdoor site.
Travel is one flat line on the quote, and date changes need a week of notice to re-book the freight.
