Downtown Denver's event calendar runs through the Colorado Convention Center, from the Great American Beer Festival to industry shows and Front Range conferences. We put a live station inside your booth or a nearby hotel ballroom and print merch while attendees wait.
The show floor runs on a move-in schedule and electrical is ordered through the venue, so we need the booth size, the move-in window and the power order early. When a big show is in town, hotel rooms and labor tighten downtown at the same time, one more reason to lock the date early.
What runs well on a Denver show floor
- Live screen printing: one design on a long run so the aisle queue keeps moving.
- Live DTF: full-color logos and attendee names from the same footprint.
- Live hat bar: a pick-your-patch cap wall that fits an inline or island booth.
- Promo & hard goods: printed totes that attendees carry across the floor all day.
Show freight goes out from La Habra, about a thousand road miles away, timed to the venue's move-in window, and the crew flies in for the build. Travel is a fixed line that doesn't change with booth traffic. Your event is downtown but not at the convention center? Outside the convention center we print in RiNo Art District, LoDo & Union Station, Cherry Creek, Denver Tech Center.
An inline 10×10 booth fits one station. Add two 120V/20A circuits to your electrical order and send us the confirmation.
Send the booth number or hotel, the show dates and the expected traffic, and we'll send an itemized quote within 24 hours.
