About 10×10 ft of floor per station, two dedicated 120V/20A circuits, and a way to get road cases in. We ship everything else to Denver ahead of the crew: presses, dryers, ink, blanks, tables and signage.
The checklist
- Floor: 10×10 ft per station, level, with room in front for a line that doesn't block a door or an aisle.
- Power: two dedicated 120V/20A circuits per station for the flash dryers. At Colorado Convention Center, electrical is ordered through the venue ahead of time; in a hotel ballroom, confirm the circuits aren't shared with catering.
- Access: a dock or freight elevator for road cases, and a load-in time we can plan the freight around.
- Outdoors: level ground, cover, and either a power drop or room for a quiet generator. Summer afternoon storms on the Front Range are why we ask about cover.
Where it gets tricky in Denver
Convention floors run on a move-in schedule, so we need that window in writing before freight ships. RiNo brewery patios are easy on space but often share circuits with coolers or a food truck. Arena and stadium spaces like Ball Arena or Empower Field at Mile High come with their own load-in process, so we start with the venue's event contact.
