LoDo events mostly happen in hotel ballrooms, restaurant buyouts and the rooms around Union Station, with Coors Field at the end of the street on game days. We set up a live station in those rooms and print shirts, hats and merch in front of your guests.
A lot of LoDo work is corporate: a client dinner, a team night after a downtown conference, a hotel reception with a set floor plan. One compact station usually covers it. Hotels come with a freight elevator and a load-in time, and we plan the build around both.
What runs well in LoDo
- Live screen printing: one clean logo on tees for a team night.
- Live DTF: names or team codes on each shirt, swapped between guests.
- Live hat bar: caps for a client reception, pressed while people talk.
- Promo & hard goods: totes and drinkware for a hotel welcome table.
We're based in La Habra, CA, so LoDo gear arrives by freight and the printers fly in. Flights, lodging and shipping land on the quote as a single travel line. Hosting a few blocks away? Next door we also work RiNo Art District, Downtown & Convention Center, Cherry Creek, Denver Tech Center.
Plan on about 10×10 ft and two 120V/20A circuits per station. In a hotel ballroom, confirm those circuits aren't shared with catering.
Tell us the LoDo room, the date and the headcount and we'll send an itemized quote within 24 hours.
