Book six to eight weeks ahead for a Denver event. We ship the presses and blanks from our La Habra shop as freight and fly the crew in, so the schedule is built around shipping. Shorter notice can work, but it narrows the options.
A Denver booking timeline
- 8+ weeks out: best for summer outdoor-brand activations, festival dates and big convention weeks. There's room for art changes, specialty blanks and a second station.
- 6 to 8 weeks: the comfortable window for most Denver events. Send the date, venue and headcount and we lock freight and crew.
- Under 6 weeks: often doable with simple art and standard blanks. Ask and we'll tell you quickly.
What keeps a Denver date on track
Final art about a week out, a headcount that stops moving around the same time, and the venue's load-in details. Date changes need a week of notice so we can re-book freight.
Short notice? Send the date anyway. If the freight can make it and the art is simple, we'll say so within 24 hours.

Why Denver needs more notice than a local job
Our shop is 821 miles away as the crow flies, about a thousand by road. Everything that prints on the day, from presses and dryers to screens, transfers and blanks, has to be packed and on a truck before the crew flies out.
Summer fills first: Front Range festival season runs June through September, and weeks with a major show at Colorado Convention Center tighten hotels and labor across town.
