We ship the presses and blanks to your Denver venue, fly the crew in, build a station on about 10×10 ft of floor, and print shirts, caps and totes while guests watch. Each guest waits about two minutes from pick to wear, while each press keeps turning out up to 60 an hour.
Four moves, start to finish
- Scope it. You send the date, venue and headcount. An itemized quote comes back within 24 hours, with travel as one flat line.
- Lock art and blanks. Final art is due about a week out. Screens get burned and DTF transfers printed in our La Habra shop, and the blank order locks at the same time.
- Ship and build. Presses, dryers and tables go out on a freight truck, roughly a thousand road miles to Denver. The crew flies in, meets the gear at the dock, and runs test prints before doors.
- Print and strike. Guests pick a garment and a design, watch it get made and wear it out. When the run ends we pack down around your run-of-show.
It works at most Front Range venues, indoors or out: a Colorado Convention Center booth, a club space at Ball Arena, a LoDo hotel ballroom, or a brewery lot in RiNo. Tell us about your event and we'll map the setup.
What changes for a Denver date
Freight, mostly. At Colorado Convention Center load-in follows the venue's move-in schedule, while a LoDo room usually means a loading door and an elevator. Either way the gear is on a truck before the crew gets on a plane, so date changes need a week of notice to re-book freight. Outdoor summer setups also get cover and weighted tent legs, since afternoon storms come off the foothills fast.
