Six to eight weeks is the comfortable window for a Denver date. Our shop is in La Habra, 821 miles away in a straight line and closer to a thousand by road, so the presses travel as freight and the crew flies in. Shipping sets the calendar more than press availability does.
Where the weeks go
- Freight: presses, dryers, blanks and tables get packed and shipped to your venue ahead of the crew.
- Art: final art about a week out, so screens and DTF transfers are ready before the gear leaves the shop.
- Blanks: the garment order locks around the same point, sized to your headcount across XS–4XL. A headcount that keeps moving slows a Denver job more than anything else.
- Show weeks: when Colorado Convention Center has a major show on, hotels and labor tighten across town at once. Booking around that week helps the budget.
Shorter notice
Under six weeks can still work when the art is simple and the blanks are standard stock. Summer dates from June through September go first, and so do big convention weeks. If you already know yours, tell us your date and headcount and we'll confirm availability within 24 hours.
One Denver-specific catch: date changes need a week of notice so we can re-book freight. If the venue or the date is still moving, say so early and we'll plan around it.
